Medhark is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Delivery of service

Access to Medhark is delivered electronically. Once a subscription is activated, the School's authorised administrators, teachers and parents can access the platform through our website (app.medhark.in) and the Medhark Staff and Medhark Parent mobile apps, using the credentials provisioned for them.

Timing

Account access is typically provisioned immediately or within a short time of a subscription being confirmed. If you do not receive access as expected, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

No shipping charges

As there are no physical products, no shipping, courier or delivery charges apply.
